Before returning an item

1. Use the Contact Us form and include your order number.
2. Explain whether the item is damaged, incorrect or no longer wanted.
3. Wait for written instructions and the correct return destination before shipping.

Made-to-order work

Made-to-order or personalised work can have different eligibility once preparation or production has begun. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.

Damage and delivery problems

If an item arrives damaged or appears incorrect, keep the packaging and send clear photographs with your order number. For a lost or delayed delivery, check the latest carrier information and then contact us if there is no usable update.

Refunds and exchanges

If a return, correction, replacement or exchange is approved, we will explain the next step before the item is sent. An approved refund is returned through the original payment method where the payment provider permits it.
