Find the latest status

1. Open the order-confirmation or shipping email sent to the address used at checkout.
2. If you have a customer account, open your account and select the order.
3. When the carrier has supplied tracking, use the link in the shipping message or order details.

If tracking is not visible

The order may still be preparing, or the carrier may not have published its first scan. Use Contact Us with your order number and the email used at checkout.
