These general terms describe the basic rules for using the Aura Embroidery storefront and placing an order. By using the store, you agree to use it lawfully and provide information that is accurate enough to complete your request.

Using the store

Do not misuse the storefront, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive or misleading material.

Products and orders

Products and orders are subject to availability, successful payment and the details shown on the product page and at checkout. Review the embroidery technique, materials, dimensions, orientation, framing, quantity, shipping details and total before paying.

Product images and colours can look different across screens and lighting conditions. Thread, fabric and handcrafted details may have reasonable variation from a screen image. Do not assume that a material, frame, size or service is included unless it is stated on the product page or order.

Shipping and returns

Available destinations, delivery charges and shipping methods are confirmed at checkout. Customs or import costs may apply depending on the destination. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless the order expressly states otherwise.

Return and refund eligibility is described on the Return Policy. Contact us before sending an item back and wait for the correct return instructions.

Third-party tools

Shopify, payment providers, delivery services and other providers may supply features used by the storefront. Those services can have their own terms, privacy notices and availability limits.

Content and intellectual property

Store artwork, photographs, text, branding and layout remain protected by their respective rights holders. Buying a physical artwork does not automatically transfer copyright or grant unrestricted commercial-use rights. See Intellectual Property.

Prohibited uses

You must not use the site to break a law, infringe another person's rights, submit false order information, distribute malware, disrupt checkout, collect information without permission, send spam or bypass reasonable access controls.

Disclaimers and limits

The storefront is provided for general shopping and service information. We do not promise that every page, carrier scan or third-party service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on this page removes a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
