How can I tell which embroidery technique is used?

Check the product description and listed Medium. Works may identify hand-stitched embroidery, silk thread, silk fabric, double-sided embroidery, framed embroidery, unframed embroidery or decorative tapestry.

Is a frame included?

Framed and unframed works are listed separately. Do not assume a frame, hanging hardware or stand is included unless the product page says so.

How are dimensions shown?

Use the exact width and height listed for the selected product or variant. Horizontal means wider than tall, Square means equal width and height, and Vertical means taller than wide.

Will the colours look exactly the same?

Thread and fabric colours may vary slightly across screens, lighting conditions and viewing angles. Refer to all available product images and contact us before ordering if a colour detail is important.

How should I care for embroidery?

Keep the work away from prolonged direct sunlight, moisture, direct heat and harsh cleaning products. Follow any care instructions supplied with the product and ask before cleaning or reframing it.

How do shipping, tracking and returns work?

Shipping options appear at checkout. When tracking is available, Shopify can show it in the order details or shipping message. Review the Return Policy and contact us before sending anything back.
