This page sets out general storefront rules for artwork, product images and customer-supplied material. It is not legal advice and does not create a transfer of rights beyond an order or licence that is expressly agreed.

Rights in artwork and store content

Aura Embroidery, the relevant artist or another rights holder retains the rights in original artwork, website images, written content, branding and trademarks unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Buying a physical artwork does not by itself transfer copyright or grant unrestricted commercial use.

Customer-supplied material

Before submitting a photograph, logo, artwork or other material, you must have the permission needed for Aura Embroidery and the relevant service provider to review and use it for your request. Do not submit material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.

How to report a rights concern

Use Contact Us and include your reliable contact details, the exact store URL involved, a description of the right you believe is affected, supporting evidence and the action you are requesting.
